Daily Chess Puzzle for May 17, 2011




Okay guys,

For all I do for you guys, it seems to me that I should be able to make illegal moves in order to get checkmate.  I'm kidding. 

I screwed guys and I'm sorry. 

I posted a variation that definitely works, and I think betancourtjo's solution also works if I followed it correctly. 

Note to self: Create puzzles then drink heavily - NOT the other way around.  ;-)
